Life career strategy

Objectives

• To motivate students to try new areas and keep making efforts to progress and continue their career by using social supports during different phases of life
• To promote formal employment for girls and women by understanding their professional and daily life roles and how boys and men can support them

Steps of the activity

1. Master trainer will explain the objective of the session.
2. Divide the participants into groups of five or six (approximately).
3. Master trainer will explain how to do the activity.
4. Do storytelling for at least 10 minutes.
5. Facilitate the participants to have discussion and answer the discussion questions
6. Ask each group to present their discussion.
7. Conclude the session and get observations/ feedback from participants.
