Ask the participants what was wrong?
Case story 2: Show the Case story theater play 2 of either beauty salon or food business who found how to improve their working attitudes and
behavior. Ask participants what are the points to be improved.
Summary: Summarise tips. (Don’t hide truth, be responsible, put yourself in other’s shoes)
