Session 4: Work ethics

Objective:

  • To understand importance of honest work.
  • To sensitise how following work ethics can support establishing good business relationships with different market players and end users and put value to their products.

Activities:

  1. Own experience: Ask participants ‘have you ever had an upset buyer or customer?’ ‘What was the situation?’
  2. Case story 1: Tell the Case story 1 about one FHBW who could not fulfil the order from the customer. Ask the participants what was wrong? 
  3. Case story 2: Tell the Case story 2 about a FHBW who handled troubles properly. Ask participants what was good in it.
  4. Summary: Summarise tips. 

Duration: Total 40 minutes

  • Introduction (5 mins)
  • Development -Case story 1 & discussion, Case story 2 & discussion (25 mins)
  • Conclusion (10 mins)
