To enhance time management (plan and organise their work and personal life within a limited time frame) to ensure on-time product delivery.
Activities:
Own experience: Ask participants what they think about time management? Ask participants if they have experienced not meeting deadlines in the
past. Ask them what they felt at that time and what was the reason behind failing to meet the deadline.
Case story 1 (bad example): Narrate the short case story to participants. The case story of Ayesha who could not handle the delivery deadline
properly. Ask participants what Ayesha should have done for this case?
Planning work and deadline: Ask participants to list the necessary steps for producing 100 pieces of pillow covers in 2 weeks if they were
Ayesha. Ask them to give time and days required for each step. Ask how Ayesha should respond to the buyer. Ask them how Ayesha should handle the Amna, Sakina, and Sajida situations. Ask them
what they believe Amna should have done. Introduce reference order recording format.
Case story 2 (Good example): Share the brief case story with the participants. The story of Ayesha, who was able to meet the delivery deadline
for an order. Ask the participants what was admirable about Ayesha.
